I don't have special rules as I get very few chips during a game.
My players do their best not to spend red chips, so my best source of chips is the black joker draw, which does not occurs very often. I keep them to try to help the main bad guy reaching the second round of the final showdown..

Only chip effects? When I was designing the Fear Area
Tables a while back I had such a thought in mind, but
figured people would think it was silly. Any
comments?
