Hmm, has that ever actually happened? I don't know of anybody ever getting
their hands unwittingly on an RPG book, wondering what it is, and finding
out from the obligatory "What is roleplaying? Well, remember Cops &
Robbers?" section. I guess there might be a few isolated incidents where
somebody accidentally wins one or something, but I doubt anybody'd shell
out that kinda money on a book when they don't even know what it does.

That's one of the things I liked about Deadlands, actually - rather than
be hit with "it's a bit like a movie, or improvisational theatre", you
just see (*fanfare*) Bruce Campbell (hallowed be His name) calling you
knucklehead, and a groovy scene-setting newspaper thingie at the start.
That's closer to how it should be, I reckon.

I reserve the right to be wrong, of course.
