[DL] Little help

Few days ago, on Con - Krakon 2001 - somebody, i think servitor of Reckoners
have stolen my DL. I knoe, that this is my problem, but i am in need of
help. I`m looking for rules of creating a Harrowed character - could
somebody send me it - only cost etc
