It look like you've got all the High Noon files (or all the ones I've
got, anyway).  GRW is coming back, sometime in the next month or so, last
I heard.  There will be minis, of the same scale as before, and they're
even doing new figures.  GRW itself is going to be a big-ass book, and
not a boxed set.  The minis will be sold in retail shops as army boxed
sets, but individually available through the website.
I've never seen any published HoE rules for High Noon, but I've got a few
patches that makes such a thing mostly playable.  There was some talk
about a 15mm HoE minis game at some point, but that's probably behind the
back burner, after the Cybergames debacle.
