[DL] Unholy Reflexes [SHANE?]

Howdy,

I think this have been asked before (and I am certain it used to be in the
rulings, but I cannot find it no that I need it), but how on earth is Unholy
Reflexes supposed to work? When do you use it, and how long does it last?

It is right that is supposed to always be on?
