Hey there,


Draw poker - I never had it used during one of my games, I just grabbed it 
as an option.  The fact that it takes two fates chips to kick in should 
keep in check.


Pistol damage being raised to 3d8 - I kept all of the other damage the 
same.  The idea was to raise pistols up so that the gunslingers weren't so 
overclassed by the riflemen.  Lethality was raised, but by a small (but 
noticeable) amount.  Just be a little more generous with white fate chips 
and it'll work out.
