Nothing has progressed past 1877.  We're still there.

The book you're thinking of is Hexarcana.  It's not just for Hucksters,
though.  It contains supplemental info for other Arcane Backgrounds as well
as containing the information for the ABs from the boxed sets updated for
Revised.  Martial Artists now work on Strain like Sykers and Doomsayers from
Hell on Earth, and I don't think there were any major changed to Voodooists.
I'd recommend the book.  It is useful and has some good new Miracles and
Hexes, though I haven't read through the Favors yet.
