[DL] The Cackler: About time!

Well, looks like we're finally getting more info on the Cackler (first
mentioned in the first printing of the Book of the Dead, and never since). 
To wit:

The Black Circle, by John Goff. Black River, Bayou Vermillion, and the
creepy Whateleys have joined forces! You know that can't be good! Besides
information on this sinister conspiracy, Marshals will get their first
hints of a major new force in the Weird West: the Cackler!
