I don't think anyone's mentioned Val Kilmer for Velvet, sort of a
less-sickly Doc Holliday.

Lance Henrickson would make for an excellent Ghost. Otherwise, he'd have to
play a good guy; I've seen him as a villain, and he makes a much better
beat-down hero. Whatever he would be, he'd have to be in the movie
somewhere. He was just too cool in Millennium.

Nick - I liked 'NinJesus', BTW. :)
