Is that what I wrote?  Nice to see it summarized so neatly.

I seem to recall that I gave Gatlings the +2 to hit so that it would not be
completely impossible to score with the third bullet, and under the theory
that if you're spitting all that lead at someone, something should hit.

I know this is not 'realistic' (my experience in the infantry, back when I
was young and stupid bears out John Goff's comments on the subject), but I
was aiming for something dramatically satisfying, as opposed to strictly
historically accurate.

After all, there were few Harrowed gatling gun wielders in the historical
west, as far as we know.  *grin*
