[DL] Quickness and Actions

Howdy,

I've done a little tinkering on the Marshal's shortcut for actions. I think
one action is too little for some creatures, so I've done this: I took the
average, and subtract 2 from that (there's no chance for going bust, after
all). The result looks like this:

1d4 - 1 action    1d6 - 1 action    1d8 - 1 action     1d10 - 1 action
1d12 - 2 actions
2d4 - 1 action    2d6 - 1 action    2d8 - 2 actions    2d10 - 2 actions
2d12 - 2 actions
3d4 - 1 action    3d6 - 1 action    3d8 - 2 actions    3d10 - 2 actions
3d12 - 2 actions
4d4 - 1 action    4d6 - 2 actions   4d8 - 2 actions   4d10 - 2 actions
4d12 - 3 actions

Or can anyone more mathematically inclined come up with something better? I
know several of you love such things.  =)
