This would also make sense given some of the lines in Tales o' Terror
about the rail companies, and how some of them are losing money. In
particular, those without secondary sources of income - i.e., Mina
Devlin's Black River - seem to be doing poorly, while those with other
forms of income - such as Dixie Rails or Iron Dragon - can do better
because of funding from other areas.
