Look at it this way- in this particular instance, from a Marshal's
perspective, it's a chance to scare the players even more!  Envision the
following exchange:

Marshal: O.K., you know who Stone is, right?
Player: Yeah.
Marshal: O.K., now imagine a guy who could potentially kick his ass.
Player: (fearful silence)
Marshal: Shall I get a mop for that urine dripping from your leg?
