What I did with Rain O'Terror and the third Epitaph was to buy full 8 1/2 x 
11 page sleeves from the local OfficeMax and a three ring binder and put them 
in there. It don't look Deadlands (they didn't have a blindingly orange 
binder in stock), but it is tidy and it will stay open if you want to keep it 
flat.

You're probably best off buying the original, though, if you can. Allan has 
already posted the changes, and none of them sound major enough to require 
you to own the new stuff.
