Apologies, I normally try to contribute and comment on things that I find helpful/interesting however on some occasions when pushed for time I just file it and come back to it later. However when later eventually happens the time for a relevant response has generally passed.
So you can be content knowing that it wasn't ignored and the rules will be used to some degree in my game, albeit you know about it 6 months late :)
