I'd argue the whole "Squeaky Wheel" thing if I hadn't spent the last several
years, demoing GRW and Deadlands games, defending PEG after the half a dozen
or failed GRW re-starts, and having my hopes brought up time and time again
to *finally* see miniatures that I know were sculpted years and years ago.
I've supported PEG through thick and thin just about from the beginning of
Deadlands. I bought tons and tons of stuff, I'll never use, but keep buying
it in the unlikely event that I might get a few years of free time to read
it all and play in an ongoing campaign.
When High Noon was "released" I counted myself lucky as one of the several
people Shane cited as nagging him and KEEPING THE FIRE BURNING, to get the
game out again.
As far as asking Shane to reconsider his decision, that was added as an
afterthought to the message. The point of my message was to loudly voice my
displeasure over what I consider to be a crappy decision.
