It's held at McGill University, by their gaming society.  Daphné will
presumably have more information, and since you're using that
oddly-valuable, greyscale currency it oughtn't cost more'n a pittance to get
in.

Speaking of which, Daphné, what does it cost to attend, and who do I pay it
to?
