Well, one time, an NPC of mine did an astounding 42 damage on a Steam 
Velocipede's Steamengine on 1d4...

Caused Reliability roll...  *BOOM*...

Boy, was the Posse glad I was on their side when I rolled it.  ;-)

(Yes yes, I know...  'Supposed to kill 'em off...  But this niceity didn't 
last, honest!!!).
