[DL] Rules Question

Howdy,

yesterday 2 rules questions came up during our game session:

1.) Luck o'the Irish.
Does a PC have to discard this Fate Chip at the end of the session ? The
rulebook only states that he receives one at the beginning of the session...

2.) Martial Arts
Is there an Martial Arts rules update to 2nd Edition, or are the rules in
"The Great Maze" still valid ?
