I fumbled on this one a little; the duration for the
hex is how long the icicle exists *if it isn't used.*
It starts melting once it draws blood, vanishing
completely if it kills someone. I am going to change
the damage, though; I like your suggestion of
alternating damage/AP Allan. Thanks!
