You'll find the write-up in Back East: The North.  It mostly consists of a
new Knack -- Medium (which you will have to update to include Legend Chips
(I would suggest Ectoplasmic Materialization -- creating enough energy to
form a spirit).  Other than that, there is some info on some Spiritualist
activity Back East and a template for a Spiritualist Medium.
