Yes! I noticed this, too. On page 9 of Dead presidents is a picture by
Cheyenne Wright of Dr. Clayton Forester and TV's Frank. Several clues
point to MST3K, as well: the Minneapolis diploma (Minneapolis is where
the show originated), the jar labeled "Best Brain" (Best Brains is the
creative force behind MST3K), Tom Servo's gumball-machine head, a mug
with the Gizmonic logo, and a tiny Satellite of Love just behind Dr.
Forester's shoulder.
