maybe instead of playing poker, they duel with their harmonica's "The devil 
went down to georgia..." and it gives and extra card, or +2 to the roll, or 
-2 to hte backlash.  Man, those are boring ideas.

Maybe he can play the harmonica and it mesmerizes people.  It could even 
have a variety of effects; mesmerizing, cloud of fog come out comes out, 
summon spirits.  Could be spooky
