I can send you a copy, if you need me to (mmdeforrest@worldnet.att.net).  I
dropped Shane a line and he told me that the files will be back up once they
have been reformatted to a new template.

If anyone needs them quick, I'll be happy to send the files along.  If you
are just worried that they won't be back, they will return.
