IT has the same problem the old version had
When you buy another concentration for a skill, it cost only additional 3
points for it. and you get it at the same level.
For Example
If you have Shootin' Pistol at 5...and you want rifle. It just cost 3 more
points. and then you have both at 5.
The program still makes you buy them as seperate skills
