In second Ed, you make an Onerous (7) Spirit check at the beginning of each
session after drawing fate chips.  If you fail, you lose your lowest value
chip.  Go bust and you lose your highest value chip.  At the Marshall's
option, you can impart clues in the character's dreams, especially after a
failed roll.  As usual the dream is full of symbolism and needs to be
interpreted.
