         It would violate the Hampton Roads Agreement of 1865. Now to be 
fair, so does seizing Detroit, but 1) the Brits have achieved whatever 
vague goal they had in grabbing Motown and don't want to rip up the rest of 
the deal, 2) Matt Forbeck's no longer around to explain what the heck the 
deal was with this whole stupid Detroit thing anyway.
