Now there's an unusual request! Well, just off the top of my head:
Light Crossbow 2d6 dmg Speed 1 10 range
Heavy Crossbow 2d8 dmg Speed 2 20 range
I'd rule that both the light and heavy crossbow are AP1 and AP2 respectively at 0-9 yards and the heavy is AP1 at 10-19 yards.
The user's Strength trait really isn't a factor as the power of the weapon comes from the tension generated by the bow itself. Cost would be in the $20-$30 dollar range with quarrels costing around $1 each. This high price reflects the rarity of the item in the Weird West.
