Stat it, and they will kill it.  That's why Stone has no stats in the
classic Deadlands book.  Pretty much, anything that can be done, he can do
as far as wanton slaughter of do-gooders goes.  Plus he's Harrowed...with
any power the Marshall can name at whatever uber-level you want him to have.
At least, that's how I understand it.
