I have been a big fan of your work and your company
for quite sometime now and would like to express my appreciation for
your good work.
I also would like to clarify a few orders of material
from your company and check in on their progress.
On Reference Number:
216.219.253.234-1035745843-792641-18391-8, I ordered the
Soundtrack Bundle from your company, While Weird Wailin's was excellent,
Toxic Tunes only had a couple of songs from buffy the musical.
When I e-mailed you on this discrepancy, you answered in the following
manner:

Secondly, on Reference Number:

yet haven't received either and was wondering when they could be expected.
Finally, in the way of new science, a good chunk of the
Smoker was missing. Is the remaining bits of the Smoker on your web
site? If not, I humbly offer my writeup to add to your webpage for
downloads free of charge. All I ask is that my name be placed on the
errata.
