Maybe this dude is just too stupid to write an email to unsubscribe
himself ? ;) 

@ Mr Vogel, did you know that your last name means "bird" in german ...
So if you would please notice that you are the only person on this list
who is able to unsubscribe you  ! ! !

Noone of us can throw you out. You have to do it by yourself ... But
this has been said before several times ... So I say it again in german
... Maybe this helps to get you away from this nice list ...
