I'm not his fan, but I second this.  If he WANTS to be thrown off the list
so much that he's willing to flame the list, then the last thing we should
do is give in to his demands.  If he refuses to unsubscribe himself, we darn
well shouldn't spoonfeed him.

Shane, Chris, and everyone else who is usually here and so polite, I
apologize for this.  I have no tolerance for jerks, which is what Mr. Vogel
has proven himself to be far, far, far worse than...
