I'm going from memeory here but I am fairly certain tempests can't be 
hucksters and hucksters can't be tempests.

I don't recall, however, if Tempests can make the change to later BECOME 
hucksters, but my instincts tell me they can't.

Can you check whether or not a Temptest can also be a
Huckster?  I think you can combine it with other
Arcane Backgrounds, but I think Huckster was
specifically excluded, along with...
