I'd say no. Hucksters have to be able to look at their cards for the hex to
work. Hexslingers don't have that restriction, but as a counterbalance
they're much more obvious. However, because of what they're doing they tend
to be using the hexes against people who, if the hexslinger knows what he's
doing, shouldn't be around long enough to cry "Witch!"
