What's been said so far is 256 pages full color, more than $40.00 US and
probably at least $50.00, and "next year" on the ship date.  Shane's
apparently doing all the writing on this one, so he has some control over
when the printers get the book, but the part where printers make books and
distributors get books and distribute them and retailers finally get books
and sell them is excruciatingly long.

'Course page counts and costs will dance merrily about should the book not
be one book but two or three.
