These are so rare as to be worth whatever the market would bear. The two 
or three left in the Wasted West have found homes powering communities, 
who won't willing part with them. They were detailed for background and 
special purposes, but as a Marshal I would never just "let" a player 
have one--it makes the power armored trooper WAAAY too powerful. The 
power limitations on the armor is to keep them from running away with 
the game, and allowing a canister just takes the cake.  But hey, to each 
Marshal his own. If you must have one, price would be at least $250,000.
