I dunno, there is a lot of bad stuff going down, but most people in the wasted
west only have to deal with things like road gangs and muties, usually. But
imagine someone sent outside the settlement to gather supplies, who is found
dead, about a week later, inside somebody's house.  You know (or hope) that he
wasn't killed in town, because the guards would have noticed him return, and
you know the the local "outlaws" didn't get him, because he appears to have
been partially eaten.

What the hell happened? 

And, good God, who do you go to?
