 I'm going by the simple fact that if what Pinnacle meant to say is what you
are saying, then Shane is simply BS'ing the whole shabang.  If there is a
chance to make your character nie immortal in the arcane background section,
there should be a fair chance that you can get a mutation that doesn't damn
near kill your character before you even start.  If you want to play paranoia,
go ahead...
