UPS is handling the rest of the shipment, but the LA office is still waiting
on the screens to be shrinkwrapped and the darn Junker mini to be cast (it's
causing real problems evidently). I know most of you are saying "forget about
the shrinkwrap" but they can't since the screens aren't in their warehouse.
The AEG crew is using a wonderful business made up of disfunctional adults to
assemble the screens, and they won't be back to LA until Monday or Tuesday of
next week.

As you know, we sent the leatherettes out early this week. The rest of your
orders have still not shipped and I apologize. Please believe me that everyone
here and at AEG are dying over how long it's taking to make this happen, but
frankly, our printers and assemblers are taking longer than they were supposed
to, and our production folks are just overworked. We've taken steps to remedy
that problem in the future, but for now, we're trying to handle this mess as
best we can.
