Logically, the best choice would be Hell on Earth/Wasteworld,
considering that the author of Wasteworld is doing some of the
supplements for Hell on Earth.
It would be interesting to see the conversion rules for HoE to Rifts
though...
HoE to Rifts: These Traits and coordinations equal these exact stats.
These skill levels equal these percentages.
Rifts to HoE: Throw out the stats, look at the concept, and assign
something reasonable.

Also, has anyone considered LC/Blue Planet? Two frontier worlds, both
with hostile aborigines, both far from home...
