[HoE] scenario idea(was Howdy)

hi all,
well, here's something i came up with.....

just finished an adventure(just me and one other, no other players here).  I
had seen a post on the deadlands list with a quick reference about a black
magic fiddle.  I took that and turned it into an idea for a violin and an
insane concert violinist for HoE.  Not having the rules for everything, I gave
the violin the shriek ability of a night stalker and the greater command
ability of a templar, also the means to control walkin' dead via an extended
command.  The violinist was an arrogant bastard before the Big Bang and was
sure that the world would need him after any conflageration so had a shelter
set up, not that he had any idea how to reallysurvive.  When he came out after
things got hot, he realized that no one had any use for him.  This drove him
over the edge and caused him to accept a "gift" from a wandering fearmonger
type.  Using the violin(made from coffin parts, the bow strung with the lovely
blond hair of a maiden), he got what he wanted, attention, though now it was
from fear.  He became, essentially an evil tale teller, spreading horror
wherever he went.  The basic story is evil musician wants nice girl(who made
the mistake of smiling at him) as permanent audience, with lair being a remote
lodge complete with shelter and wine cellar, with flunkies being a couple of
handfuls of walkin' dead.  The player seemed to have fun and was pleasantly
confused on what to do with a couple hundred bottles of french wines.  
Just a quick and dirty scenario cobbled together without having all the rules.
