[HoE] Junker construction question



Hi all. Just picked up HoE last week and have some
questions about how constructing Junker equipment works.
I had to say I was disappointed with the Junker section
in the book. Not only do we only get two powers, but no
examples of device construction. Oh well. So anyway, this
is how I THINK it works, if I'm wrong please let me know.

Doc finds himself dealing with Abomidable Snow Beasties
and decides he needs a flame thrower to teach them the
error of their ways. 

THEORY
   Flame thrower, throws flame in a big blast using alcohol for fuel.

POWERS
	Damage. Nothing fancy here.

BUY POWERS
	Damage 4d10 (Snow Beasties are tough)
	Energy Damage (its flame, right?) +25%
	Armor Piercing 2 (burns through armor) +20%
	30 degree cone 20 yards (Doc's not a good shot) +25%
	Speed 1 +20%
	ROF 2 (there's a lot of them) +25%

So we have a total modifier of +115%. 4d10 costs 100, so the total
is 215.

COMPONENTS
	Structural 1/20 = 11
	Mechanical 1/25 = 7
	Electronic 1/50 = 4

DRAIN
	1/50/shot = 4 drain per shot

BUILD IT
	It's going to take 2d4 weeks with a TN of 15 to build.

Gee, too bad the beasties are attacking tomorrow. Oh well.

My other question is say Doc built this flame thrower before.
Can he reassemble it faster? With an easier TN?
