As I understand it, no.   Because of the way a Junker puts his "inventions"
together, he is never sure what components he'll come across to create that
flame thrower.  One time it might be a propane tank, garden hose and bic
lighter.  Next time the components he finds may be a methane trash converter,
pvc pipe, and "JFK's Eternal Flame Combustable Ghost Rock (TM)".
