Just was wondering.  Theoretically, an EMP would frag any delicate instruments
in vehicles.  Personally thought that the older, non-computerized fuel
injected vehicles would most likely be around and not your average sports car
or SUV.  Though, gods only know the technology path that the world took
between the Wierd and Wasted Wests.
