The fate of the Coyote Confederation and the Ghost Dance movement in
particular was not mentioned in HoE.  I would guess that this is some future
storyline PEG wants to keep under its hat for the moment...  but I'd also
guess that the Ghost Dancers movement, which seemed like such an important
part of the shaman sourcebook, won't be swept under the table... I think the
Ghost Dance indians may have figured out a way to fight the Reckoners.

Again, the role of Faith/Religion may be something PEG is saving for when the
Harbringer shows up, or possibly might have something to do with whatever is
giving powers to the Templars.  I don't think we'll get a clear answer soon,
though.
