I'd be very interested.  I thought about doing this way back when both first
came out, but just never got around to it.  I did find an article someone
wrote (I believe it was called "Victorian Spaghetti" that talked about a
Castle Falkenstien/ Deadlands conversion, but my basic impression was that it
was more a conversion of Deadlands to CF than the other way around.  If you
(or anyone) is interested in that, I'll e-mail it to you (It's a bit too long
to send to the list) or you may still be able to find it using Deja-News.
