[HoE] Safe areas to play in? (Shane)

Has PEG announced any areas in the Wasted West that they do not intend to
develop?  I ask this because I'm running my party now, and I'm afraid that
I'll be constantly revising my game world to fit in with PEG's version
(which is typically more creative, interesting, and fun to play in than mine
:).

So, I'd like to know if there are any geographical areas in the Wasted West
that I can safely run my party through...
