[HoE] Ammo sizes and general weapon comments

In regards to the 5.56 as an SMG round. It is perfectly resonable that a
round could be both used in both an assualt rifle and a SMG. There are
cut down verisons of both the M-16 (aka the Colt Commando) and the AK-74
(the AKR I think). Both of these weapons have shorter barrels and
folding stocks. This allows them to be as handie other SMGs. The shorter
barrel also decreases the rounds velocity which would mean that it would
do less damage than a similar round comming out of a rifle.

Which leads me to the second part of this post. In my opinion HOE
grossly underestimates how much damage modern rounds can do. Case in
point is the 30-06. Now this is a reasonable heavy hunting round. That's
more that capable of taking down reasonable large mammals moose, elk
etc. In the game it does 4d8 damage. This is the same damage as the
Winchester '73 which used a 44-40 pistol round. This just does not make
sense to me. If the damage scales from weird west and wasted west are
supposed to be the same, then HOE's rifle round should use a d10 for
damage and really heavy rounds such as the 50 cal HMG round should use
d12.

I know that this would make the game a whole lot more dangerous but it
would better reflect the power of modern ammunition.
