He's mentioned somewhere in the HoE I know; the longest reference, I
believe, mentions his pit fights that he makes captives fight in (IIRC, I
don't have the book with me).

He reminds me a lot of the bad buy from Escape from L.A., combined with
Ashe's old department store from Army of Darkness, S-Mart.
