should be interesting - i'm just wondering what the organisational units 
will be ie free for all clans, law dogs etc ? ahh, the happy days of Car

mmm, i wouldn't set HoE here in the UK either. you crazy Yanks are just 
so good at building secret military underground bunkers :) Course, you 
wouldn't last five minutes after dark in Moss Side, Manchester - but 
thats a different story ;)
